I think the file I d/l from on archives may be in question and itself corrupted? If anyone wants to check it out including the original uploader of this file, it might be a good idea. The scripter files in BYOG did showe up (3 in total) and at first it seemed like it wanted to load but again nothing doing. ![]() I had the over 700 gig downloaded file but all that extracted in total was on one run double digits (maybe 60gig), then I tried again and got only 7.25 (i think - my head spinning)? For the heck of it I did the conversion tool any ways to see what I might get or what might pop up on ALU. I then tried as was suggested and did a file error scan and tried extracting again. Files extracting with 7Zip (3rd method of unzipping I tried) and still got corrupted files. Took longer than ever probably because it stopped a few times. UPDATE! So now it is the 3rd time I downloaded OneSauce full build. ![]() A fast SSD or even better m.2 allows much quicker moving files on computer I don't have a 1TB flash stick because they cost just as much as an SSD but limited to around 400mb/s speeds. The standard drive is way too slow, any speech in games was interrupted along with bad framerates. I also converted it to an old 2TB standard external USB 3.0 hard drive to test that, and don't do it. They make a 26GB version (core) which I also tested on a SanDisk 32GB flash drive (formated fat 32) but never recognized on the ALU. Just simply open free dl manager and drop the zip file location link into main box and off it goes. I was using Win 11 and downloaded the zip off archive, not the torrent. At worst I was going to ask if someone can toss the file on a Google drive. Yeah, I was surprised Winrar continued processing unpacking files because it used to be if any crc file corrupt fail, the whole process would cease. That's when I was told to use a dl manager. In the first attempt, my computer blue screened and rebooted 4 hours into the initial download. It went blazing fast and turned into a 2.5 hour down, and the program allows resume. I canceled and used a program called Free Download Manager and restarted the file. ![]() even on a gig fiber that bounced anywhere from 12 hours to 4, it took forever. This comes in handy because I have a gamer pro arriving The reason I have it on 2 drives is so I now have a stock backup pre-conversion. Then run the conversion for whatever format you have. Then those files will download, and you move them to the directory in your build. From there, search for the files that were corrupted, and then click on those. So rather than re-download the whole thing, or what I was going to do was download the addon pack that had those files. I used Winrar, so why didn't the first extraction resulted in 2 files corrupt instead of only one? Second extraction to another drive resulted in dreamcasts SF corrupted, and also another file from playstation folder. and I experienced an oddity where I extracted the file to two different hard drives.įirst extraction resulted in dreamcast's San Francisco file being corrupt, but rest were fine.
